Postnatal yoga
Return to yourself, at your own pace
An embodied, nurturing practice to rebuild strength and connection after birth, working with the deep core, pelvic floor and breath as you meet your new body and your new self. A space to recover, not rush, alongside other women in the same season.
Bring your baby to your mat and we'll ride the waves of practice together. Feed, change, move and rest.

Slow Flow to Deep Rest
A restorative hour that's entirely yours
Designed for depleted nervous systems, we begin with gentle floor-based movement to release tension and ease you in, before settling into long, supported stillness. Bolsters, blankets, breathwork and yoga nidra bring you into the deepest kind of rest.
All are welcome: pregnant, post-partum, a non-birthing parent, or anybody simply in need of rest.
