I've always found my way home through mindful, embodied movement. Three years ago I gave birth to my daughter, and yoga became my anchor through pregnancy, birth, and the journey into motherhood that followed.

Indu Vela Yoga is the space I built to hold other women through that same journey, the rise and the surrender, with strength and sweetness.
