Here for your endless becoming

I've always found my way home through mindful, embodied movement: moving in order to understand, feel, and come back to myself.

Three years ago I gave birth to my daughter. Yoga was my anchor through the waves of pregnancy, labour, recovery, and the quiet work of rebuilding strength and meeting my new self. Through my practice and birth preparation I felt informed and empowered in my choices, something I believe every woman deserves as she crosses this threshold.

As a new mum I felt how yoga (meaning yoke, union) brings us together in community, and how it helps us meet ourselves within the duality of motherhood with both strength and surrender.

Postpartum isn't a short period of time. It's a constant becoming, including the juggle of returning to work in a world that doesn't always hold mothers well. That realisation is what made me want to create a space for women to get strong and ready for birth, and to be held through the journey of matrescence.

I'm a 385-hour trained yoga teacher with a background in dance and foundation in functional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin and Restorative. I completed my specialist, trauma-informed prenatal and postnatal yoga training with Soma Yoga, London.

Indu, the moon, the luminous inner force. Vela, the tide she calls, the shoreline where the sea lands, a season of life. Crest and rest. Rise and surrender.

This is your space to be held through all of it, discover your fierce gentleness and meet your inner wisdom.
